- Again a bit of a problem with my scanner so the quality of the pictures are really bad as i photographed them out of the book with my phone -
After we watched the video/documentary in our lecture i ran straight to the library and got out a book by Edward Burtynsky. There was a few too choose from but i just decided this one seemed the best. It really wasn't what you would say was a typical landscape book.
They show how man is effecting the environment and the natural landscape. These may have once been picturesque images but this is what we have done to them. Really puts some things into perspective. I like the book of images because of this. The images them self are really striking but when you think of what they could have been i think they really become moving as well, maybe because i am just a nature freak...
